When and where is the festival?The festival is on Saturday, September 21, 2024, from 11am to 5pm. The rain date is Saturday, September 28, 2024. It will be held at the Vermeule Community Center, 614 Greenbrook Rd., North Plainfield, NJ.

What can I expect at the festival?Enjoy live music, dance performances, delicious Hispanic cuisine, shopping from local vendors, and a variety of family-friendly activities, including a bouncy house, face painting, and a bubble station and much more!

Is there an entrance fee?No, the festival is free to attend for all ages.

Is parking available?Yes, there is ample street parking available around the Vermeule Community Center. Follow the signs and directions from our volunteers.

Are pets allowed at the festival?For the safety and comfort of all attendees, pets are allowed at the festival as long as they are leashed, and owners must clean-up after their pets.

What if it rains on the day of the festival?If it rains, the festival will be moved to the rain date, which is Saturday, September 28, 2024.

Are there activities for children?Yes, we have a variety of free activities for children, including a bouncy house, face painting, and a bubble station, story telling and so much more.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?While you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks, we highly encourage you to try the delicious offerings from our food vendors.

What time should vendors arrive to set up?Vendors should arrive at 8 am to set up their booths. All setups must be completed by 10:00am. Food Vendors must be ready for Fire & Health inspections at 10:00 am.

What is the process for applying to be a vendor?Interested vendors can apply by filling out the vendor application form available on our website. Please submit your application by August 30, 2024

What types of vendors are you looking for?We welcome vendors offering food, Hispanic cuisine, crafts, arts, clothing, jewelry, services and cultural products. We also accept applications from local businesses and community organizations.

What are the booth fees and what do they include?Booth fees vary depending on the size and type of your setup. Please refer to the vendor application form for detailed pricing. The fee includes space for your Tent/Canopy.

Is electricity available for vendor booths?Limited electricity is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please indicate your need for electricity on the application form.

Can I bring my own tent or canopy?Yes, vendors are encouraged to bring their own tents or canopies. All tents must be properly secured and comply with safety regulations and be no bigger than 10x10 per space purchased.

What happens if it rains on the day of the festival?In the event of rain, the festival will be rescheduled to the rain date, which is Saturday, September 28, 2024.

Do I need any permits?Only Food Vendors require permits. Pease refer to our website and vendor application for more details.
